Technical Support

Why isn't my progress saving?

Progress is saved using browser localStorage. Make sure you're not in private/incognito mode and that you haven't disabled localStorage in your browser settings. Each browser and device maintains separate progress.

The game isn't loading properly

Try these steps:

The game is running slowly

Close other browser tabs and applications to free up system resources. If problems persist, try using a different browser or device.

I cleared my browser data and lost my progress

Unfortunately, clearing browser data removes localStorage, which deletes your saved progress. However, you can always start fresh with 1,000 chips!

Privacy and Safety

What information do you collect?

We collect minimal information. Your game progress is stored locally on your device using localStorage. We use cookies only for essential site functionality and to remember your age verification. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is my data secure?

Yes! Your game data never leaves your device—it's stored locally in your browser. We don't collect, store, or transmit gameplay data to our servers.
